Description

N08825 high-temperature alloy round rod
Alloy 825 is a nickel iron chromium alloy with the addition of molybdenum and copper. It has excellent resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, stress corrosion cracking, and localized corrosion (such as pitting and crevice corrosion). Alloy 825 is particularly resistant to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. Alloy 825 is used in chemical processing, pollution control equipment, oil and gas well pipelines, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and pickling equipment, and the treatment of radioactive waste.

The N08825 alloy has the following characteristics:
1. Good stress corrosion cracking resistance

2. Good resistance to point corrosion and crevice corrosion

3. Excellent performance in both sexual and non sexual thermal properties

4. Good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperatures up to 550 ℃

5. Certification of pressure vessels with manufacturing temperatures up to 450 ℃
Application range of N08825 alloy:
Incoloy825 is widely used in various industrial fields with temperatures not exceeding 550 ℃. Typical applications are:
1. Heating pipes, containers, baskets, and chains used in sulfuric acid pickling factories.
2. Seawater cooling heat exchanger, marine product pipeline system, acidic gas environment pipeline.
3. Heat exchangers, evaporators, washing, impregnation tubes, etc. in the production of phosphoric acid.
4. Air heat exchangers in petroleum refining.
5. Food engineering.
6. Chemical process.
7. Flame retardant alloys for high-pressure oxygen applications.
N08825 heat treatment:

920-980 ℃ is the temperature range for softening annealing or stabilization treatment, with 940-10 ℃ being the most suitable.

It is recommended to use water quenching or rapid cooling for workpieces with a thickness greater than 1.5 mm to achieve maximum creep resistance.

During heat treatment, attention should be paid to the previously mentioned matters related to maintaining cleanliness.
